When you sign up for membership with Eastside Arm Wrestling (“we”, “our”, “us”), we will collect, use, and disclose your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To communicate with you regarding membership matters, events, training, competitions, and promotions.

  • To administer safety, security, and insurance purposes related to gym use.

The personal data we may collect include (but are not limited to):

  • Full name, NRIC/FIN/Passport number, date of birth, gender, nationality.

  • Contact information such as email address, phone number, mailing address.

  • Emergency contact details.

  • Payment information and billing records.

  • Photographs or video recordings taken during gym sessions or events for promotional and archival purposes.

3. Consent

By registering as a member, registering for a trial session, or registering for a day pass, you:

  • Consent to Eastside Arm Wrestling collecting, using, and disclosing your personal data for the purposes listed above.

  • Consent to receiving communications (via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or phone calls, or other messaging services) on matters related to your membership, training, and gym activities.

  • Consent to the use of photographs and videos featuring you, taken at our premises or events, in our marketing and promotional materials (both online and offline).

4. Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw your consent at any time by giving reasonable notice in writing to our Data Protection Officer (DPO) at business@eastsidearmwrestling.com. Please note that withdrawing consent may affect our ability to continue providing you with certain services.​

You may request access to, or correction of, your personal data that is held by us. Please contact our DPO for such requests.

We will take reasonable security measures to safeguard your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, modification, misuse, or loss.
